A resumption of the trade must be reported to the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO) within three weeks of the start of the resumption of the trade. Failure to comply with the three-week deadline is punishable by a fine.

Ask the competent authority for written confirmation of the resumption of the trade!
