I have outstanding back payments to the SVS. How can I apply for payment by instalments?

If you have an outstanding amount or additional payments with the SVS, you can also pay this off in instalments.

Depending on the amount, you can apply for payment in a maximum of 24 monthly instalments, whereby you determine the exact number of instalments and the exact amount. These details must be agreed with the SVS.

How is the application for payment by instalments submitted?

1) You can complete the application directly online: Link Application

2) You can download the application, complete it and send it by post or scanned in by e-mail (vs@svs.at). The SVS will send you a corresponding notification.

3) You can arrange a personal appointment and determine the instalments directly with SVS staff.

Please note! If the agreed payment deadlines are not met, the agreement loses its effect!

Irrespective of the (verbal) agreements with the placement agency or the client, as a trader you are legally obliged to ensure that all SVS contributions are paid on time!
